Help with a purchase
Include your order or Razorpay payment reference and a brief description of the issue. If an email or download is missing, check your spam folder and confirmation page first. Do not share passwords, payment PINs, card details, or OTPs.
Acknowledgment and resolution
Our support mailbox sends an automatic receipt acknowledgment, limited to one reply per sender in 24 hours. This confirms receipt, not resolution or refund approval. We will review and resolve missing-email, download-access, incorrect-file, or PDF-opening issues within 5–7 business days of receiving your request. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in India. Please reply to the same email conversation with any additional information.
