Review before purchasing
Please review the descriptions, real page previews, contents, and package selection before paying. Every package includes the Playbook. The add-ons cannot be bought independently.
Cancelling checkout
You can leave checkout before completing payment. Closing the browser does not reverse an already completed payment. If the payment status is unclear, check your confirmation or contact us before paying again.
Digital access
Because the publications are digital files, purchases are generally non-refundable after access or download has been delivered, except where required by applicable law. This does not limit remedies for a defective or incorrectly supplied product or other rights that cannot be excluded.
Payment and delivery problems
If you find a duplicate charge, receive the wrong files, or cannot access a purchased PDF, email contactintellimonk@gmail.com with your order or payment reference and a description of the problem. We will investigate and help restore the correct access or arrange an appropriate resolution. Do not send card details, passwords, UPI PINs, or OTPs.
Approved refunds
Where a refund is approved, it is processed through the original payment provider to the original payment method. The time taken to appear depends on the payment method, provider, and bank. Access links for a refunded purchase may be disabled.
