Who we are
Intellimonk, Hyderabad, India, publishes the digital resources offered on this website. For privacy questions, contact info@intellimonk.in.
Information collected
Checkout collects your name, city, profession, phone number, delivery email, selected products, and payment and order references. We also process limited technical information, such as IP addresses and access logs, to operate and protect the service. Payment credentials are entered with Razorpay; Intellimonk does not store complete card details, UPI PINs, or bank passwords.
How we use it
We use this information to create and verify orders, deliver the purchased PDFs, provide support, prevent misuse, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. We do not sell customer information. Placing an order does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Service providers
Hostinger provides website hosting, private file storage, the order database, and transactional email infrastructure. Razorpay processes payments and receives checkout and transaction information. These providers handle information under their own privacy terms. If phone verification is enabled, the phone number and verification request are also processed by the SMS verification provider identified in the checkout.
Browser storage and optional measurement
Essential browser storage remembers your privacy choice and lets the browser used for checkout access your order status. Keep your download links private: anyone with a valid link may be able to use it. About five seconds after a first visit, we show one optional measurement choice. Selecting Allow & continue enables Google Analytics and advertising measurement together; continuing without measurement keeps both off. Declining measurement does not prevent a purchase or delivery. Google Analytics helps us understand page visits, scroll depth, button clicks and checkout activity. Names, delivery emails, phone numbers, payment credentials and secure download links are not included in our Google Analytics event payloads.
Security and retention
Customer details in the order database are encrypted. Full product PDFs are kept outside the public website directory. We retain order information as needed for delivery, support, disputes, security, and applicable legal obligations; hosting logs and backups may have separate retention periods. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Optional advertising measurement
If you select Allow & continue, Meta Pixel measures activity on our public sales page, and Meta Conversions API receives verified purchase events from our server. Events may include purchased product identifiers, INR totals, event identifiers, browser/click identifiers, IP address and browser information, and hashed versions of your delivery email, phone number, first and last name, city, and country code for account matching. Hashing is a protective transformation, not anonymisation. We do not send your profession, plaintext contact details, payment credentials, private download links or PDF contents in these events. These tools help measure advertising and build retargeting audiences. Google advertising features, when configured, use the same optional choice. Meta and Google may process data internationally under their own privacy policies.
Your choices
Use Privacy choices at the bottom of any page to change or withdraw the single optional measurement choice. Continuing without measurement or withdrawing keeps future Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and consented server purchase measurement off, without preventing checkout or downloads. Withdrawal also requests cancellation of pending advertising events for orders accessible in this browser tab. It cannot recall events already delivered. Contact us about previously shared data or orders from another browser. Optional consent cookies last up to 180 days. We retain advertising delivery/retry records only as needed to verify delivery and troubleshoot the integration. You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and retain records where necessary for legal obligations or unresolved transactions. Please do not send payment passwords or PINs with a request.
